Milk Chocolate Panna Cotta, originally uploaded by Ana Cocci.
Has been called my “signature” chocolate dessert. I probably cant ever take it off the menu, but I will.
Milk chocolate panna cotta, mascarpone cream, chocolate sabayon, warm phyllo stuffed with brownie and baked to order.
